Standard Hourly Rates: $35.00 (Two Hour Minimum Requirement)
*Standard Hourly Rates are billed in 15 minute increments.

Clients who sign up for a Monthly Retainer Plan will receive the following discounts.

**NEW CLIENTS**
At MLC Business Solutions we offer new clients the opportunity to try our services for half price, for two hours of work.
Additional Charges
• Expenses such as postage, shipping, printing, envelopes, hard copies, CD ROM disk copies, etc. are not included in the prices above and will be charged separately.
• Clients will be required to pay any expenses above $25.00 before services will be rendered.
Policies
• All clients are required to sign a work agreement/contract and make a deposit before work will begin.
• All projects require a 50% deposit.
• Deposit is non-refundable if client cancels project after work has begun.
• Retainer Plans – Hours not used will expire at the end of the month.
• Hard copies as well as CD ROM disk copies are available for the finished product. (A fee applies to all Hard Copies and CD ROM disk copies.)
Penalties
• A 10% penalty will be added to all unpaid invoices over 30 days.
• A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
